999dt Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 999dt ("We", "Us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 999dt website, games, betting markets and associated services. By registering an account or placing any wager on 999dt, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all players accessing 999dt from Bangladesh and are written in English as the platform's official language. They are effective from the date of your first registration on the platform and remain in force for the duration of your account's existence, whether active or dormant.

Eligibility

To register and use 999dt, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times. 999dt reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or close any account that does not meet these criteria.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or wagering on 999dt.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, automated accounts and proxy registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, agent or contractor of 999dt or any affiliate, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must provide accurate personal information during registration. Providing false identity information is a breach of these Terms and will result in account termination.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have requested closure of your account due to a gambling problem that remains in effect.

999dt may require additional documentation to verify your identity, age or source of funds at any stage of your account's lifetime. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions.

Account Registration and Management

Each player is permitted to hold one account on 999dt. Registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number, which will serve as the primary account identifier and the destination for SMS verification codes. You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials.

• You must choose a strong, unique password for your 999dt account. Do not use the same password on other platforms or services.
• You must not share your account with any other person. Each account is personal and non-transferable.
• You must notify 999dt immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting [email protected].
• 999dt reserves the right to close duplicate, fraudulent or policy-violating accounts at any time without prior notice.

Player accounts that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 999dt will attempt to contact the account holder using the registered mobile number before applying any dormancy fees or restrictions.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 999dt are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 999dt supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. The following conditions apply to all transactions.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Deposits are credited to your 999dt balance instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method and network conditions.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or wallet that is registered in the same name as the 999dt account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal. This includes submitting a valid proof of identity and proof of address.
• 999dt reserves the right to carry out additional checks on any withdrawal request, which may delay processing. Players will be notified if additional information is required.

999dt does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Players are responsible for checking any charges imposed by their bank or mobile wallet provider before initiating a transaction.

Bonuses and Promotions

999dt offers bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, which will be published alongside each promotion. The general conditions below apply to all bonus offers unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms.

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit, arbitrage or abuse bonus terms will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.
• Wagering requirements must be met using real-money bets. Bets placed using bonus funds may be excluded from certain game types, as specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• 999dt reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without notice. Active bonuses at the time of withdrawal of the offer will not be affected.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and apply to the first qualifying deposit made after registration. One welcome bonus per player, per household and per payment method applies.

Responsible Gaming

999dt is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, controlled environment for all players. The platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players from within their account settings.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps directly from their account settings. These limits take effect immediately upon being set.
• Session Reminders: Players may configure time alerts that notify them after a specified period of continuous play, encouraging regular breaks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is negatively impacting their life may request a temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a short cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days during which the account will be suspended from all gameplay and deposit activity.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 999dt. Breach of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Registering or operating more than one account, including accounts in third-party names or on behalf of others.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit game mechanics or circumvent platform controls.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip-dumping or any coordinated attempt to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity, including funding through third-party payment accounts.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification or any communication with 999dt support.

999dt employs fraud detection systems that monitor all account activity. Accounts exhibiting suspicious patterns will be flagged for review, and any funds involved in prohibited conduct may be withheld pending investigation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 999dt platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, game assets, text, software and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 999dt or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any part of the 999dt platform without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of 999dt intellectual property may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

999dt provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999dt expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. 999dt does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free or that any defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe.

In no event shall 999dt, its directors, officers, employees or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if 999dt has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The total liability of 999dt to any player for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Amendments to These Terms

999dt reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 999dt will notify registered players by SMS to their registered mobile number and by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
